TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. General
These Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”) govern all loan agreements, products, and services offered by Silvertree Care Foundation operating under the trade name ‘ Creditree’ . By availing any services from the Company, the borrower agrees to comply with these T&Cs.

2. Eligibility
Applicant must be an Indian citizen and at least 18 years of age.

Must possess valid identification and income proof.

Should not be a defaulter in any financial institution.

3. Loan Approval and Disbursement
Loan approval is subject to verification, credit checks, and the discretion of the Company.

Disbursement will be made to the borrower’s registered bank account after signing the loan agreement and completing necessary documentation.

4. Interest and Charges
Interest rates will be communicated prior to disbursement and mentioned in the loan agreement.

Processing fees, late payment penalties, and other applicable charges will be disclosed transparently.

5. Repayment Terms
Loans must be repaid in EMIs (Equated Monthly Installments) as per the schedule provided.

Delay in payment shall attract a late fee or penalty as per policy.

Prepayment or foreclosure is allowed, subject to applicable charges (if any).

6. Default
In case of non-payment or default, the Company reserves the right to take legal action and report to credit bureaus.

Recovery agents may be appointed in compliance with RBI’s Fair Practice Code and applicable laws.

7. Use of Loan
The loan amount must be used only for lawful and stated purposes.

Misuse of loan funds may result in recall of loan or legal action.

8. Data Privacy and Consent
The borrower agrees to share personal, financial, and KYC information with the Company.

The Company may use this data for credit assessment, risk analysis, and regulatory reporting.

Information may be shared with credit bureaus, regulatory authorities, or collection partners as required.

9. Amendments
The Company reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.

Updated terms will be communicated to borrowers via official channels.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

Disputes, if any, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Coimbatore, India.
